Together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fjavier687\/\">Javier Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado<\/a>, his partner in the consulting firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindvalue.com\/\">MindValue<\/a>, he received in 2006 the award for the best Management book of the year: \u201cLa soledad del directivo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has led the Chair of Human Behaviour in Organizations at the European Forum, the Business School of the University of Navarra and the Nebrija-Santander Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"youtube-responsive-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9eCoPAMBHbY\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2008 he\nwas recognized as \u201cMost Valuable Speaker\u201d by Interban Network and received\nfirst prize in the Business Case Contest, organized by the Nebrija Business\nSchool. In 2011, in the framework of the Manager Forum (Madrid), he received\nthe \u201cThinker\u201d award. Today he shares his reflections with us on how the current\ncrisis has accelerated the technological irruption in labour, social and personal\nspheres, its influence in the configuration of a new reality and the changes that\nmust be made in leadership to create a more harmonious society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next Thursday, May 7<sup>th<\/sup> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/juan-angel-garc%C3%ADa-fern%C3%A1ndez-0a0342a\/\">Juan Angel Garc\u00eda<\/a> will join us.
