The event will address three fundamental issues: Finance,\nMarketing and Sales, and People. In this framework, under the title \u201cWhat story\nis my brand telling? Storytelling: how to transmit and generate brand value\u201d,\nChristopher Smith, CEO and founder of BrandSmith, will offer clues on how to\nface the challenges of building a coherent story that is consistent with the\norganization\u2019s purpose. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Every brand\nhas a story to tell: a story built from its milestones and from those who have\nforged it, but fundamentally, based on its purpose, the foundational stone on\nwhich the business project is built, and that determines the impact we want the\nbrand to have on people&#8217;s lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some\ncases, this narrative is so much on the surface that it practically writes\nitself up. In others, however, we must discover it, structure it and give it\nshape, voice and tone to transmit the essence of the brand through relevant\ncontent that generates brand value and that can be used through the brand\u2019s\ndifferent touchpoints. Now that content reigns, storytelling \u2013the building of a\ncoherent and consistent story, capable of seducing and convincing users \u2013 has\nbecome a key element in the accumulation of expectations, ideas and intangibles\nthat come to mind when we recognize a logo or interact with a brand and,\nultimately, is nothing more than the image we have of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the\ncontext of marketing, storytelling becomes vital as a storyline to define the\nactions of a strategic communication plan, making our messages more\nunderstandable and generating high levels of engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the\ntitle <strong>What story is my brand telling?\nStorytelling: how to transmit and generate brand value<\/strong>, Christopher Smith,\nwill address the importance of storytelling during the <em>Marketing and Sales Summit.
