Christopher Smith in the II Symposium on Javier Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado\u2019s thinking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The meeting will take place within the framework of EXPORRHH, and as part of the activities of the XVIII International EXPOELEARNING Congress.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Among the speakers, some of the most knowledgeable of the thinking of Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado, such as Jos\u00e9 Aguilar L\u00f3pez, Enrique Sueiro, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda L\u00f3pez Puertas, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Carazo and Christopher Smith, BrandSmith\u2019s CEO and founder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the framework of the XVIII International Congress EXPOELEARNING, the \u201cII Symposium on the thinking of professor Javier Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado\u201d, will take place in IFEMA next March 28th<\/sup>. Christopher Smith, CEO and founder of BrandSmith, will be part of the exciting group of speakers that make up the event\u2019s programme. This meeting takes place nine years after the I Symposium held in 2010, attended by more than 600 professionals from 12 countries in Europe and America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, the programme will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. under the title \u201cManaging talent in the digital era\u201d and Enrique Sueiro, consultant, director of the Program of Corporate Communication and Management of IE and general manager of TopTen Management Spain, will give the opening lecture. He will analyse the pathologies in communications from the model of Therapies for organizational pathologies proposed and developed by Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Sueiro\u2019s presentation, two round tables will take place and debates will be led by journalists Francisco Garc\u00eda Cabello, director of the HR Forum, and by Mar\u00eda Victoria de Rojas, publisher of Ejecutivos. Among the speakers, some of the greatest experts on Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado\u2019s thinking, such as Jos\u00e9 Aguilar L\u00f3pez, Pilar G\u00f3mez-Acebo, Enrique Sueiro, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda L\u00f3pez Puertas, \u00c1lvaro Porrero, Eugenio de Andr\u00e9s, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Carazo, Fernando Moroy, Salvador Molina, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez, Ricardo Hern\u00e1ndez Garc\u00eda, Ofelia Santiago, Asier de Araza, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Carazo, Richard Vaughan, and Christopher Smith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, Smith led the study In search of the soul of organizations <\/em>that, inspired on Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado\u2019s ideas, explores and analyses the sensitivity of Spanish organizations towards the management of intangibles. In 2014, Smith compiled about twenty essays by different authors in the book Management of the 21st Century. Reflections on Javier Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado\u2019s thinking<\/em>, on the subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s Symposium objective is to reflect on the thinking of Professor Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado, \u2013especially on those aspects that have application in the current environment\u2013, and it is aimed at managers interested in improving their governance capacities, both at Board of Director\u2019s level as well as other functional areas.
